This cute little blue piggy bank is made with several vintage plates, each with a different pattern. Round the money slot, ears and snout I put iridescent faceted glass beads. The nostrils are represented by two flowers in the plate pattern, eyes are black beads, and the tail is a swirl out of polymer clay.
Grouted in pale blue, the piggy measures about 13 cm (just over 5 inches) from snout to tail. It comes with a plugged opening - no need for a hammer to get your money out!
